Meet monthly sales plans by proactively generating prospects, following up on leads, and fostering Realtor partner relationships.
Maintain knowledge of the community’s demographics, amenities, schools, shopping, accessibility, events, and more.
Keep pricing, floor plans, elevations, options, features, products, memos, buyers, prospects, and properties up to date in all systems.
Ensure models, specs, sales offices, and subdivisions are well-presented and organized; coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
Ensure community signage is clear and in good condition, installing available and sold signs as needed.
Plan and execute marketing strategies from the monthly community marketing calendar.
Create content for the community and the home-buying experience.
Maintain open lines of communication with buyers about contracts, construction progress, loan needs, updates, and referrals.
Monitor homes under construction to anticipate concerns and ensure readiness for orientation.
Maintain market and competitive analysis and report findings to leadership, including pricing, availabil
