AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager (PMC) to oversee the planning, installation, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for client projects. This on-site role is based in AlUla, Medina Province, Saudi Arabia. The Project Manager acts as the client’s representative, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities include client representation and liaison with project stakeholders for MEP systems; developing detailed MEP project plans, schedules, and budgets; coordinating with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure MEP integration with building construction; managing and supervising MEP contractors and subcontractors; monitoring and inspecting MEP installations for quality; conducting regular progress meetings; preparing and managing budgets, approving expenditures, and addressing cost overruns in collaboration with the client; implementing quality control procedures and testing MEP systems for functionality and safety; identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies while ensuring safety on site; facilitating communication among stakeholders and delivering regular progress reports to the client and senior management; maintaining accurate documentation of MEP installations, changes, inspections, and tests for project handover.
