We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to fill hard-to-hire roles in Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS/EPMS), controls, HVAC, electrical, and related technical fields. This role will proactively source candidates, partner closely with hiring managers, and maintain a robust pipeline to improve time-to-fill and candidate quality. Responsibilities include leading full-cycle recruiting for Building Controls roles, conducting structured meetings with hiring managers to define requirements, building talent maps, executing advanced sourcing strategies, screening candidates for technical fit, presenting qualified candidates with clear notes, and maintaining recruiting velocity with timely interview scheduling and feedback. Minimum qualifications: experience recruiting for technical, skilled-trade, field, engineering, construction, operations, or other hard-to-fill roles; ability to proactively source and engage candidates; partner with hiring managers to define role requirements; experience using an ATS; strong follow-up discipline.
