Software Engineer II, Design Engineering – Nike
Overview: The Consumer Product & Innovation Design Engineering team develops 2D and 3D tools to enable virtual digital product creation. Our team brings together experts from VFX, games, visualization, and related fields to transform the design and visualization process.
What you will do: - Design and implement code as part of a team that builds pipelines and tools. - Develop and review code for tooling supporting Nike’s Enterprise-facing applications within the Design domain. - Collaborate in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban), following engineering best practices. - Analyze and troubleshoot engineering problems; contribute to improving existing approaches.
What we’re looking for: - 3+ years of experience in software engineering. - Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, C#, or C++. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). - Extensive experience in computer graphics, with hands-on experience using 3D tools (Adobe Substance 3D, Blender, Unreal, Unity), visualization, or game development. - Experience with Agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban).
