Northrop Grumman is seeking an Infrastructure Product Owner (DevOps) – Level 5 to join the Software and Electronics/Payloads Department within the Space Sector. The role is based on-site at either the Aurora, Colorado or Morrisville, North Carolina offices and operates on a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. The position is 100% onsite and contingent upon obtaining final security clearances and program access. The team includes roughly 200 software engineers, DevOps engineers, systems and database administrators, network engineers, and engineering leaders, with the Product Owner acting as the linchpin to define the art of the possible from day one. The ideal candidate will have relevant DevOps experience and prior Agile Product Owner experience to join a small team as their Product Owner. This role requires an active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance and a degree with substantial professional experience. Basic qualifications include DevOps experience with CI/CD, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab Pipelines, scripting, Terraform, and prior Agile experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master, plus prior leadership. Preferred qualifications include polygraph, Security+ and CISSP certifications, prior space industry experience, demonstrated presentation and mentoring abilities, and experience with Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD, deployment automation with Helm or Ansible, and Linux (RHEL 8/9) plus basic networking.
