Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Global Product Manager for Research Reagents on-site in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role defines portfolio strategy and leads lifecycle management for research reagent solutions, identifying customer needs, shaping roadmap priorities, and guiding cross-functional execution to drive growth across the Beckman Coulter Life Sciences portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Research Reagents and Consumables, the position is part of the Product Management organization. Key responsibilities include: defining and driving a 3–5-year portfolio strategy and product roadmap for research reagents and adjacent life sciences solutions; identifying high-value customer needs, application trends, and market opportunities; leading end-to-end lifecycle management including opportunity assessment, business case development, launch planning, and lifecycle optimization; coordinating with R&D, operations, marketing and sales to align execution with portfolio priorities; developing competitive intelligence and strategic insights to inform portfolio decisions. Qualifications include: PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or related life sciences; or Master’s or Bachelor’s with substantial relevant experience; progressive experience in product management or portfolio strategy in the life sciences; deep domain expertise in genomics reagents and customer workflows across academic, biotech and biopharma customers; proven ability to develop and execute product strategies based on customer insights, market dynam
