The Senior Account Executive identifies upsell and expansion opportunities and incorporates them into the annual strategic plan to achieve retention and revenue goals. Responsibilities include managing renewals, driving upsells and expansions, and maintaining client satisfaction; directing the internal Account Management team and extended colleagues to align with client objectives and address escalated service issues; leading special projects and conducting quarterly business reviews with clients; and serving as the face of Express Scripts to preserve and grow the relationship. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field or 14+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; experience working with consultants; strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; and the ability to travel up to 40%. The role also requires strong project management, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
