HR Generalist – On-site in Allentown, PA. Provide full-range day-to-day HR support for the Vidmar Facility, including onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement, development, timekeeping, safety initiatives, and payroll activities for salaried and hourly staff. Recruit hourly employees, screen candidates, and coordinate scheduling; work with HR colleagues, supervisors, and managers to resolve employee relations issues and support investigations with the HR Manager. Promote HR programs to maintain an efficient, conflict-free workplace, enforce policies, drive engagement through communication and events, and monitor HR metrics. Support timekeeping and payroll, prepare reports, and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: 2+ years HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment; Bachelor's degree preferred; strong knowledge of U.S. employment law; excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
