The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service to internal and external partners, owning the candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding and managing all steps in the applicant tracking system. This is a hybrid role, and the selected candidate must reside within the Garda region assigned to the position, based in Boca Raton, Florida, United States. Responsibilities: Source candidates using a variety of tools, including social networking. Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Support hiring managers to ensure professional and effective interviews. Maintain workflow in the applicant tracking system, including background checks and onboarding. Stay current on employment laws and policies, and coach hiring managers as needed. Build relationships with college career counselors, military transition professionals, and other community partners to attract qualified candidates.
