What You'll Do - Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting. - Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, explain variances, and support business decisions. - Manage accounting activities related to inventory, purchasing, manufacturing costs, and capital spending. - Partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and improve accuracy. - Maintain fixed-asset and capital project records while monitoring spending and project progress. - Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives.
