HR Business Partner EMEA (m/f/d) is a 2-year fixed-term contract based in Cologne, Germany. You will partner with leaders and employees across dedicated office functions to deliver strategic and operational HR guidance throughout the employee lifecycle, collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience, and owning workforce planning in collaboration with business leaders. You will drive key people processes including performance management, talent development, salary reviews and succession planning, and advise managers on employee relations, organizational changes and people-related topics. You will lead and contribute to HR projects and initiatives as part of our HR roadmap, with a focus on Talent Management and organizational development, using people insights to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement of HR processes. You will foster a positive, engaging, high-performing work environment while ensuring compliance with local HR policies and employment legislation.
