About the role
The Gemini Enterprise Mobile team at Google Cloud builds the mobile surface for Gemini Enterprise, Google Cloud’s flagship platform and the front door for AI at work. Recognized for rapid execution, our team brings Google Cloud’s top-priority gen-AI product to mobile devices on iOS and Android.
As a Staff Software Engineer in Warsaw, Poland (on-site), you will own the end-to-end technical and product strategy for Gemini Enterprise Mobile across iOS and Android. You will combine deep mobile expertise with strong product intuition to define how enterprise workers leverage generative AI on the go, build resilient app architectures, and drive secure, scalable mobile experiences.
Responsibilities
Qualifications: Minimum qualifications:
- Set long-term technical goals and co-create the product roadmap for Gemini Enterprise on iOS and Android.
- Translate AI capabilities into intuitive, enterprise-grade mobile experiences with strong user empathy.
- Build resilient architectures connecting client state, device capabilities (voice, camera), and back-end AI infrastructure.
- Ensure consumer-grade UI responsiveness while upholding security, compliance, and identity standards.
- Partner with Product, UX, and AI/back-end teams to deliver Google-wide innovations and mentor engineers.
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of mobile application development (iOS or Android).
- 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Dart, Flu
