You will sell Talent Solutions for recruitment and learning to enterprise clients, respond to inbound inquiries, and proactively blanket your region with outbound activity. Responsibilities include prospecting to build a robust pipeline, developing and executing a strategic territory plan, creating reliable forecasts, and maintaining transparent communication with management about pipeline status. You will listen to market needs and share insights with product and marketing teams, coach colleagues, contribute to best practices, and take on additional initiatives as they emerge. Qualifications include 3+ years of relevant sales experience, fluency in English (a Nordic language is a plus), experience selling IT or HR software, ability to engage at C-level across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development, experience managing SaaS opportunities in CRM/Dynamics, strong negotiation and forecasting skills, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while competitively positioning the company. A data-driven approach to opportunity assessment and a proactive leadership mindset are highly valued. This role is based in Dublin, Ireland and follows a hybrid work arrangement.
