About the role
Stripe is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager focused on Lifecycle to drive global demand and revenue growth. You will design, implement, and optimize scaled lifecycle campaigns across user segments and life stages, creating exceptional user journeys through email, in-product notifications, and content with a relentless focus on user experience and channel optimization.
Responsibilities
Who you are:
- Ideate, strategize, and execute scalable lifecycle campaigns across email and in-product notifications to drive activation, revenue, cross-sell, and retention.
- Identify customer needs, propose solutions to improve user experience, and generate ongoing user-driven insights to inform campaign strategy and optimization.
- Leverage marketing automation, behavioral data, and ML-driven techniques to create personalized experiences at scale.
- Analyze trends, derive actionable insights to optimize against targets, and share learnings across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Growth, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing.
- 7+ years of work experience
- 5+ years in a marketing role designing and launching campaigns
- 3+ years analyzing and taking action on the performance of marketing campaigns
- 3+ years of experience writing marketing briefs
- 3+ years of experience leveraging data and ML-driven techniques
- Preferred qualifications: 3+ years of email marketing/CRM experience
- Preferred qualifications: 3+ years of B2B marketing
- Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and/or Salesloft
