Position: TEI/EFI Corporate Controller

Overview: Manage the daily financial operations for a manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include controlling costs across administration, manufacturing, sales, and engineering; enforcing IDC accounting policies; safeguarding company assets; and leading back-office functions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer service, purchasing, technical support (RMA), and IT). Provide comprehensive financial reporting and analysis to senior management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing IDC policies and procedures. - Safeguard assets by developing and maintaining internal controls. - Support manufacturing locations in understanding and resolving manufacturing accounting issues to improve financial accuracy. - Collaborate with Product Manager to develop product costing, including material, labor, and overhead. - Manage month-end close and issue monthly financial statements to senior management. - Analyze manufacturing variances (expenses, absorption, variances, sales, cost of sales) and review them with senior management. - Ensure inventory accuracy at the manufacturing site, including cycle counts or physical counts. - Lead the annual budgeting process with department managers and present the plan to senior management for approval. - Hire and develop back-office, accounting, purchasing, and technical support staff; recruit, select, train, and coach employees. - Oversee staff performance through coaching an
