Join Freenow by Lyft as a Senior Data Analyst to collaborate with our Data Operations team and support data-driven decisions across our operational squads. You will become an expert in our data analysis systems, champion data-driven initiatives, and help translate insights into actionable recommendations. Key responsibilities include analyzing data and presenting recommendations, process changes, and new initiatives to management; developing and maintaining data pipelines, automating data processes, and querying data from the data lake using SQL; performing deep-dive analyses in Python and adjusting ETL tasks to improve data quality and accessibility; building dashboards and reporting to monitor performance and support decision making, and communicating results clearly and persuasively; creating queries to answer operational and business questions across multiple teams; and developing monitoring tools to measure performance and help the business achieve objectives.
