Overview: Based in Columbus, Ohio, this on-site Program Manager, Services will drive growth initiatives within the Americas Service organization and lead cross-functional programs to deliver on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Lead growth programs across the North America service organization, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, sales, and service; develop a RACI matrix to clarify roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
Monitor program progress, address challenges, and ensure timely execution and high-quality outcomes; establish and enforce hand-offs between functional areas; monitor schedules on the critical path.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; allocate resources efficiently; utilize standard project management tools to achieve targets.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders; provide regular updates on status, milestones, and risks.
Escalate issues and drive timely resolutions; coordinate teams to implement short- and long-term solutions.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure growth programs align with broader business strategies and objectives.
Drive continuous improvement in program management processes to enhance performance and efficiency.
Work with the Growth Program Office to define methods and procedures and institute best practices; ensure procedures are followed on projects.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations throughout all program activities.
