Responsibilities include assisting with leasing, maintenance coordination, administrative duties, maintaining records in property management software, coordinating with vendors, enforcing community policies, preparing occupancy and performance reports, and participating in marketing efforts to sustain high occupancy. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s preferred), 1–2 years in property management or customer service, proficiency with Microsoft Office and tools like OneSite and LRO, strong communication, multitasking, and ability to work independently. Preferred qualifications include experience in residential/commercial property management, CAM or similar credentials, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, experience planning events, and bilingual abilities.
