You will source suitable talent for our clients across diverse industries, from first contact to final placement, conducting in-person and virtual interviews to assess candidates. Build and maintain a strong candidate network on platforms like LinkedIn and XING, using modern recruiting methods such as active sourcing. Manage the entire application process independently, from reviewing applications to candidate communication. Create compelling candidate profiles for the sales team and develop engaging job postings. Represent univativ at career fairs and recruitment events to attract new talent. Requirements include a completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree (ideally in HR, business, or related field). Prior recruiting or personnel service experience is a plus but not required. You are comfortable approaching people, building relationships, and maintaining them long-term; you work in a structured, autonomous way and can handle multiple recruiting processes. Strong English skills are a plus.
