Responsibilities include owning the full design process from discovery through high-fidelity prototyping, using qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions, and delivering pixel-perfect designs with iCapital’s Design System. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to shape, review, and iterate on product enhancements, manage multiple requests, and mentor other designers when needed. Qualifications include 10+ years of experience applying user-centered design, strong systems-thinking, designing application workflows and onboarding journeys, deep expertise with Figma and design systems, experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation and research synthesis, excellent communication and storytelling, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment. A strong portfolio showing design process and measurable outcomes is required. FinTech/WealthTech or complex enterprise platforms experience is a plus.
