The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in ecommerce, retail, consumer products, or inventory-intensive operations. You will ensure accurate inventory accounting across multiple international entities and support month-end close, reconciliations, and continuous process improvements.

Key responsibilities: - Prepare monthly inventory reconciliations and investigate variances - Record inventory-related journal entries, including adjustments, write-offs, reserves, landed costs, and cost of goods sold - Reconcile inventory subledgers to the general ledger and resolve discrepancies - Support month-end and year-end close activities related to inventory accounting - Review inventory movements across warehouses, fulfillment centers, and third-party logistics providers - Analyze purchases, transfers, returns, adjustments, and disposals - Assist in calculating inventory provisions and reserves - Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Procurement teams - Support internal and external audits - Document and improve inventory accounting processes and internal controls - Participate in finance transformation and process automation initiatives - Support ad hoc finance projects
