Whitespace Group is seeking a Project Manager to join the XPO division on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This on-site role is based in Greater London (SW19 2QA) and involves delivering multiple exhibition and event projects from brief to completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams (Design, Graphics, Production, Warehouse and Installation), create project briefs and production documentation, raise purchase orders and monitor expenditure, manage project budgets and revenue capture, and maintain accurate project information in FileMaker. You will provide on-site project management during build and breakdown, attend client meetings, and supervise activities on-site. During peak periods you will support the Customer Experience team with exhibitor communications and order management to ensure an excellent exhibitor journey. The position requires 2-3 years' experience in exhibitions, events or project management, strong organisation and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. GCSEs in English and Maths are required; a Project Management qualification is desirable. Salary: £40,000-£45,000 DOE. Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30. Travel to venues and client meetings is expected; occasional evenings and weekend work may be required during event builds.
