Victorian Plumbing is expanding its Tech & Development team and is looking for a Product Owner to own the end-to-end delivery of technology that powers our order processing, customer service systems, fulfilment integrations, and automated workflows across multiple brands. The role bridges business visionaries and engineering teams, turning complex operational needs into actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that deliver real business value. Responsibilities: Own, groom, and prioritise a high-impact product roadmap that balances technical complexity, business value, and delivery capacity. Translate operational requirements into crisp epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams. Lead discovery sessions, analyse processes, and set success metrics to decide when to scale, iterate, or pause initiatives. Collaborate with the CTO, software architects, engineering, and QA to ship scalable, robust solutions. What you’ll bring: Proven experience as Product Owner or Product Manager delivering business-critical software. Strong business process mapping, requirements elicitation, and storytelling skills. Agile experience (Scrum or Kanban). Comfortable working across front-end applications and back-end integrations. Excellent stakeholder communication, able to talk tech with developers and business value with leadership. Desirable: Background in eCommerce, retail, or logistics.
