Optiver is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join the People team in Amsterdam. You will partner with leaders across the full employee lifecycle—organizational design, performance, talent, succession, workforce planning, employee relations, and compensation—and drive the local engagement agenda. Build and execute the workforce plan aligned to the global People plan; bring analytical rigor to performance and compensation cycles; coach leaders to balance business outcomes with long-term organizational health; identify risks and opportunities early; lead complex employee relations matters; and leverage data, automation, and AI to improve HR effectiveness. You will connect stakeholders with the wider People team and contribute to global initiatives and cross-regional projects. Requirements: 5+ years as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, complex environment; strong track record partnering with senior leaders; broad HR remit; deep experience with AI; strong analytical skills; comfortable navigating competing priorities and stakeholder dynamics; fluent in English (Dutch a plus); based in the Netherlands.
