You will generate new business with national and international organizations, develop and manage target accounts, and drive growth across your portfolio. You will lead end-to-end B2B sales—from identifying opportunities and analyzing customer needs to developing compelling value propositions and negotiating with C-level decision-makers. You will write and deliver persuasive pitch presentations, leveraging your knowledge of the HR and L&D market to position EF's solutions against competitors. You will collaborate with internal teams to support clients. The role requires at least 3 years’ experience in complex consultative end-to-end B2B sales, strong relational and communication skills, fluency in German and English, and familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
