Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is seeking a Growth Sites – Digital Manufacturing IT Program Manager. This position can sit at Beachwood, OH; Galesburg, MI; Houston, TX; Menomonee Falls, WI; Moon Township, PA; or Raleigh, NC.
Salary
The expected annual salary range for this role is $146,000 – $215,000 per year. This position is eligible for a variable incentive program. Salary information is a general guideline based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What you’ll do: We are seeking an expert-level Senior Program Manager with broad experience in program management. The ideal candidate translates business or functional vision into plans and guides their execution, participating in the development of business or functional strategy and being accountable for results that impact the entire business or function. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for the most complex programs in the IT Portfolio. This role sits within IT Operations & Enterprise PMO, providing the operating backbone for how we organize work to support Eaton's Key Growth Sites. This role is responsible for organizing and scaling our operating model across our Key Strategic Growth sites (i.e., Asheville → El Paso 2 → Greenwood → Omaha). The Senior Program Manager owns the end-to-end Digital Manufacturing value stream (Production → MES → Quality → Performance) across these sites — one roadmap, one KPI set, one outcome story — scaling proven solutions site to site rather
