About the role
At Myra, we develop and operate a certified Security-as-a-Service platform that protects digital business processes from cyber threats. The UX/UI Designer (m/f/d) will own and govern the design system that underpins all products. In an AI-enabled environment, you will shape the platform’s look, feel, and interactions, providing design judgment and system-level thinking that keeps Myra's product coherent.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Own and govern the Myra design system: serve as the single source of truth for components, tokens, interaction patterns, spacing, typography, and visual language across all products.
- Review, refine, and approve AI-generated UI across product teams, maintaining prompting standards and design briefs to improve AI output.
- Conduct proactive UX research: usability testing, user interviews, session reviews, and heuristic evaluations; translate findings into actionable design decisions.
- Ensure cross-product design consistency: oversee navigation patterns, interaction models, terminology, error states, and empty states.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure implementation matches design intent, and create precise handoff assets for efficient development.
- Participate in product planning to review upcoming features for design implications before development.
- Design-system ownership with experience in token architecture, component composition, documentation, and governance.
