The Sales Manager for Malta will lead commercial development, sales strategy, client acquisition, revenue growth, and client relationship management for the Malta business. The role includes designing, structuring and supporting the implementation of complex financial products and client solutions tailored to client and business needs, and coordinating with legal, compliance, risk, operations and senior management to ensure solutions are properly controlled and aligned with regulatory permissions. You will identify corporate and institutional clients, drive revenue in line with the company’s strategy and risk appetite, and prepare proposals and commercial updates for clients, executives and internal stakeholders. You will coordinate client onboarding and maintain high standards of client satisfaction in collaboration with compliance, risk and operations. You will monitor market opportunities to grow the Malta commercial pipeline and help embed the company’s culture, standards and ways of working in the local office. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, business development, relationship management, structuring or commercial roles within financial services; strong knowledge of FX, treasury, payments, structured products or derivatives; experience designing or supporting the implementation of complex financial products; experience working with corporate or institutional clients; and excellent communication and presentation skills.
