About the role
SOSi is seeking an experienced Program Manager IV to lead a large Department of Defense enterprise IT and cybersecurity services contract. The Program Manager will provide overall leadership, management, and coordination of personnel, subcontractors, quality assurance, risk management, financial performance, and customer engagement across geographically dispersed locations. The role serves as the primary interface with Government leadership and ensures delivery of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and operational support services in alignment with contract requirements.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Lead all contract activities; act as primary liaison with Government PM, COR, and senior leadership
- Manage program execution, staffing, quality, and financial performance
- Lead risk management and issue resolution; oversee subcontractor performance and program metrics
- Maintain the Program Management Plan, communications plan, and reporting; ensure contract compliance and SLA performance
- Lead transition and steady-state operations
- Ensure compliance with security requirements and performance standards
- Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred
- 12+ years of experience leading large DoD enterprise IT programs
- Experience managing enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity programs
- Experience leading programs across multiple geographically dispersed sites
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and PMBOK practices
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Preferred: experience with DC3, AFOSI, AFCYBER, DISA or similar organizations; PMP certification; ITI
