Bulley & Andrews is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support project delivery from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include planning, directing, and coordinating construction projects, managing estimating, cost control, scheduling, reporting, and document management; administering and attending meetings; setting up project processes (CMiC); coordinating change management with the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager; establishing subcontractor communications; ensuring updated documents are distributed to the project team; and preparing all documentation for LEED-certified projects. The role also involves supporting project startup activities and implementing the overall project schedule; conducting subcontractor pre-construction and Owner/Architect/Constructor (OAC) meetings and recording minutes; and collaborating with the project superintendent on field-related issues. Qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Civil & Environmental Engineering, Engineering, or related field; four years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a similar role. Experience with construction software including CMiC, Bluebeam, Procore, Navisworks, AutoCAD/Revit, Matterport, Power Project, and Microsoft Excel; preconstruction experience (quantity take-off, unit cost assembly, budgeting with trades and vendors); engineering of structural and civil systems; financial management including change orders; subcontract award experience; and reviewing terms and conditions of owner contracts.
