Clear Junction seeks a Senior Accountant based in Riga, Latvia, to join our Finance team. The role covers accounting for UK and non-UK entities within the Clear Junction Group and the Group as a whole, including month-end close, preparation and closing of monthly and annual accounts, maintaining the general ledger, reconciliations, and oversight of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes. The Senior Accountant will coordinate with internal stakeholders, external auditors, tax authorities and other parties to ensure timely financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and accurate financial information. Responsibilities also include preparing balance sheets and P&L, supporting audits, developing and maintaining accounting policies, and assisting software enhancements for our systems (gate7, bank7, Excel, Sage, SuiteCRM). Qualifications: previous experience as a Senior Accountant, strong bookkeeping and accounting skills, high data accuracy, proficiency with spreadsheets, knowledge of general accounting software, ACA or similar qualification preferred, fluent in English and Russian; fintech experience is a plus.
