Overview: As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorganChase within the Consumer and Community Banking, Trust and Security team, you will be an integral part of an agile group that delivers trusted, market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. As a core technical contributor, you will drive pragmatic technology solutions across multiple domains in support of the firm’s business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Develop secure, high-quality production code and participate in code reviews and debugging.
- Design and implement solutions, identifying opportunities to automate recurring remediation and improve stability.
- Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural designs and applicability to existing systems.
- Foster communities of practice, promote new technologies, and contribute to an inclusive team culture.
- Drive adoption of enterprise-approved AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes, while ensuring proper validation, secure coding, testing, and pattern reuse.
- Apply knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including AI-assisted development and automation, to maximize value.
- Formal training or certification in software engineering and at least 5 years of applicable experience.
- Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
