You will own technical deliverables from Service Providers and guide their resources to meet Marriott’s standards at scale. You will explore emerging AI technologies to extend capabilities and enable analytics-driven decision-making for Marriott business teams. Key qualifications include 8+ years of hands-on experience with large-scale ETL pipelines, 2+ years delivering data pipelines on AWS and Snowflake, leadership experience, and strong communication skills. Expertise in Airflow, Python, API integration, data governance, privacy, data quality, and agile methodologies is preferred. The position is hybrid and based in Bethesda, Maryland, United States.
