The Field Sales Talent Acquisition team drives SumUp's growth across Europe by building a scalable sales force that serves small businesses. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with ownership of the full recruitment funnel, delivering impact on business growth. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment for Field Sales in Spanish-speaking markets—from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding; conducting structured candidate screening calls and maintaining a strong pipeline to meet monthly onboarding targets; analyzing funnel data to identify drop-offs and optimize sourcing/outreach strategies; collaborating with sourcers and sales managers to align on territory needs, launch local campaigns, and keep job ads active across platforms; and sharing market insights to improve overall hiring performance.
