Air is seeking a highly experienced Product Designer to join our Design team and help shape the Air Enterprise Readiness Platform. This role is highly embedded: you will work directly with forward-deployed engineers and end-users, prioritizing speed of delivery and rapid iteration. You should be a critical thinker and problem solver who can own feature strategy and development, translate ambiguous objectives into empowering user experiences, and facilitate rapid, low-fidelity prototyping, interaction design, and on-site client engagement to drive ongoing UX research.
