This role leads project teams across field, office, and support functions, manages schedules and milestones, mitigates risks, and oversees budgets and forecasting to maintain the project’s financial health. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, maintains regular jobsite presence to ensure safety, quality, and progress, and drives cross-team communication and project meetings. You will identify and execute change orders and risk mitigation strategies and ensure closeout documentation is completed on time. A strong safety culture and regulatory compliance are essential. Qualifications include 3+ years of experience managing on-site construction projects (heavy commercial, data centers, or industrial projects), the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project teams, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory requirements. Experience with project financials, forecasting, and reporting is required; experience with Procore, Viewpoint, or similar tools and managing subcontractors is preferred.
