This seller-doer role focuses on supporting Industrial sector clients across manufacturing, oil & gas, chemical production, and food & beverage markets. The Senior Industrial Project Manager will establish and strengthen client relationships, win and execute engineering and consulting projects, and lead multi-disciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle—from development and initiation to design, construction monitoring, and operations. Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, tracking budgets and schedules, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating with HDR operations leadership. The ideal candidate will have significant experience winning and delivering industrial projects, with project experience such as natural gas storage/compression/distribution/metering/regulation, chemical production-related projects, equipment manufacturing, water and wastewater treatment, and related fields. Responsibilities also include marketing, contract and proposal development, and participation in industry organizations. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering; 10 years of industrial project management experience; a professional engineering license (PE or P.Eng) recognized in the location; 5+ years of project management experience; proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; leadership and business development skills; and a commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture.
