We are seeking a Principal Software Engineering Manager to lead a team that designs agentic infrastructure, intelligent operational systems, and learning capabilities enabling engineers to define goals and operational intent while the platform safely handles routine execution at scale. You will build the platform foundations that allow fleets of AI agents to reason, coordinate, and execute workflows safely and efficiently across Microsoft’s largest Kubernetes deployments. The role is located at the Redmond, WA campus with three days in the office and two days remote.
