LightFeather is seeking a Scrum Master to support a federal cloud modernization program for a large agency. You will serve as the agile backbone for a cloud engineering team delivering on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), facilitating the full Scrum framework and keeping sprint execution on track in a fast-moving, technically oriented environment. This is a dedicated Scrum Master role where you own the agile process. You will work directly with a Product Owner and technical lead, interface periodically with federal stakeholders, and act as the team’s primary point of contact for sprint status, task tracking, and ceremony cadence. The ideal candidate brings solid Scrum fundamentals, an adaptable mindset, and strong communication skills to collaborate with senior engineers and agency customers. Location: Hybrid in the Washington, D.C. area, with on-site presence and one telework day per week. Salary: $90,000–$115,000 annually, based on experience. Required: U.S. Citizenship; Active Secret or Top Secret clearance; 5–8 years of Scrum Master experience in IT or software delivery; Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent; Jira proficiency; working knowledge of one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP); familiarity with DevSecOps and federal IT security frameworks; strong interpersonal skills.
