About the role
Technical Program Manager III, Partnerships – Data Center Operations (on-site in Sunnyvale, California, United States). Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from requirements planning to delivery. You will work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate analyses and recommendations to executives and engineers. The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world, and you will join an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers focused on building and operating powerful data centers.
Responsibilities
Compensation: US: $163,000 - $237,000 per year plus 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
- Manage and implement the data center risk management program while staying aware of emerging threats to the business.
- Develop and expand relationships with third-party providers.
- Lead efforts to identify and reduce risk across Google Data Center Operations, working with partner organizations, engineers, and business leaders to ensure a holistic approach to data center risk management.
- Create executive presentations of findings and recommended actions for DCOps, Google Data Centers, and leadership (program reviews, quarterly business reviews, etc.).
