Pinkerton is seeking a GSOC Program Manager to oversee the formulation of the program's scope and requirements for a client, driving strategic planning and the implementation of GSOC programs and policies. The role involves developing process workflows and guidelines to standardize business operations, facilitating the strategic direction of the GSOC program, reviewing existing documentation, and recommending changes. The Manager will conduct business case analyses, develop measurable KPIs, and deliver status reports, business metrics, and business plans. Responsibilities also include supervising the Global Incident Management (GIM) team, eliciting and validating requirements, translating user needs into functional specifications, and ensuring goals and objectives are met. Additional duties include providing requested information to the client’s Global Protective Services team, adopting evolving technology to meet organizational needs, covering for the GSOC Manager or GIM Program Manager as needed, tracking and maintaining compliance records, and developing, implementing, and revising governance and compliance policies. The role requires generating and analyzing data to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance and performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with five years of GSOC operations experience and the ability to obtain a CBSIS Alarm Monitoring license, strong project management skills, knowledge of 24/7 security monitoring operations, familiarity with security training processes, and the ability to adapt to changing environme
