We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager who will own end-to-end recruiting with a focus on tech and business roles, helping us attract exceptional talent to enable growth over the coming years. Responsibilities include leading the recruiting process from kickoff with hiring managers through active sourcing and interviewing to offer, expanding sourcing beyond LinkedIn with effective search strategies and personalized outreach, and partnering with hiring managers to make data-driven decisions for scalable hiring, along with building strong processes, reporting, employer branding, and the right tooling. What you bring: several years of in-house recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-growing startup or scale-up; a proven track record of high-volume hiring and metrics you own; deep sourcing expertise and a drive to find talents others cannot reach; a growth mindset, able to switch between operational excellence and building scalable structures; fluent German and business English.
