About the role
Talent Solutions Account Executive (French) based in Dublin, Ireland. This role is hybrid, with work performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days as determined by the business needs of the team. You will drive new business for recruitment solutions by handling inbound inquiries and conducting outbound prospecting across your region. You will target companies and teams, assess their technology options, and sell recruitment software and services. While you strive to meet and exceed quota, you will always act in the best interest of the client.

- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and develop strong relationships with prospects
- Create reliable forecasts and maintain transparency with management on pipeline status
- Close new business consistently at or above quota
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the territory and share competitive information
- Invest in colleagues, coach and mentor when you see opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to the team's best practices and share them across the group
- Listen to market needs and relay insights to product and marketing teams
- Be proactive in solving problems and ready to take on additional initiatives as they emerge
- Seek opportunities to lead and help the company achieve its broader objectives
- 2+ years of sales experience including closing
- Fluency in French and English
- Experience with recruiting, recruitment media, and HR software
- Experience with SaaS opportunities
- Experience selling IT or recru
