Vonage is a global cloud communications leader seeking a Poland-based, on-site Social Media Specialist to shape and scale our organic social presence across global audiences. This role sits at the intersection of brand, content and digital performance, and will own both strategy and execution of organic social activities to align with business goals and Vonage’s voice across platforms.

You’ll collaborate across Corporate Marketing including PR/Communications, Events, Content, Campaigns and our API and Applications business units to define and deliver a cohesive, insight-led social content calendar and messaging strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of organic social best practices, strong English copywriting skills, and the ability to ideate and produce platform-native content. Experience boosting organic content to targeted audiences is essential; familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite and Monday.com is a plus.
