What you will do: - Attend pre-booked appointments with local businesses to demonstrate Flatpay’s payment solutions and convert opportunities into customers - Generate your own pipeline through referrals, networking and local prospecting - Understand each merchant’s needs and recommend the most suitable solution - Deliver and install payment terminals for new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience - Keep CRM records accurate and up to date - Build long-term relationships by delivering excellent customer service - Share customer feedback and market insights with Sales Development, Marketing and Product teams
