Build and operate production-grade Kubernetes environments (OpenShift, Rancher, EKS, AKS, GKE)
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitOps, and governance for secure, scalable platforms
Design monitoring strategy with Prometheus and Grafana; determine what to monitor and why
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines; familiarity with ArgoCD or Flux is a plus

Collaborate with CROZ DACH teams in Zagreb to develop platform strategy

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes; OpenShift or similar platforms
Strong knowledge of IaC, GitOps, automation, security, and compliance
Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and CI/CD pipelines; ArgoCD/Flux is beneficial
German and English proficiency; Croatian language is a plus
Education not strictly required; relevant experience valued

60,000–75,000 EUR per year
