- Develop and execute territory business plans aligned to strategic priorities; manage site-level account plans and CRM documentation
- Collaborate with Customer Service team to optimize patient flow and practice workflow; coordinate regional OD referral strategy
Partner with Area Sales Director to translate area priorities into territory activities; conduct formal business reviews and monitor adoption trendsOnboard new customers and measure time to first implant; identify growth bottlenecks and propose adoption-focused solutionsCoordinate cross-functional initiatives with CS, Marketing, and ASD to maximize territory performanceRequirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; minimum 5 years of commercial/sales experience in ophthalmic/medical device/healthcare
- Experience with premium IOLs, refractive cataract workflows, or clinic/ASC optimization is a plus
- Strong commercial acumen, data-driven decision-making, and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication; CRM familiarity; ability to travel across the Southeast
- Knowledge of ophthalmic clinic/ASC operations and patient flow optimization
