Own the sales process for assigned opportunities from discovery to close; coordinate with regional leadership and internal resources.

Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities; present TriCore capabilities and recommended solutions; ensure accurate scoping and quoting.

Maintain accurate CRM/account data; support smooth handoff from sales to delivery; collaborate across functions.

Contribute to sales tools, processes, and continuous improvement; share market insights to strengthen effectiveness.

Minimum: High school diploma; 3–5 years of sales or account management experience in a technical or industrial business; CRM experience.
Preferred: Experience with manufacturing or industrial environments; familiarity with process control integrators; exposure to food, dairy, or beverage processing; exposure to automation, controls, or industrial networking; ability to read P&IDs and discuss process systems.
Skills: strong relationship-building, consultative selling, target achievement, communication, cross-functional collaboration; travel up to 40%; office presence in Orange, CA.

Base Pay Range: $80,000 to $105,000 per y
