About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize business processes and propose automation opportunities
- Elicit and specify business requirements for developers
- Contribute to control and supportive reports to improve process efficiency
- Prepare detailed analyses and reports
- Participate in development projects and validate business requirements
- Maintain professional liaison with business units
- Deliver demos and trainings after implementations and provide user support
Requirements

- University degree in IT or finance
- Fluent English (minimum B2)
- Proficient in SQL queries, including stored procedures and functions
- Basic knowledge of RPA
- Strong Power BI skills
- Experience in building reports and some programming experience
- Analytical mindset and proactive approach to streamline processes and boost efficiency
- Nice to have: experience in fleet management (servicing) or used-car sales
- Base salary plus year-end bonus
