Interface with program leadership, customers, regulatory bodies, vendors, and technicians during design reviews and formal test events.
Author and review test documentation including plans, procedures, readiness reports, and compliance matrices.
Analyze test data, lead root cause investigations, resolve anomalies and nonconformances.
Serve as Test Director ensuring safety protocols of test execution and maintaining compliance with all facility requirements.
Serve as the technical point of contact for internal and external test-related communications.
Ensure compliance with industry and military standards for test planning and reporting.
Establish standard processes to troubleshoot and safe flight hardware during test anomalies.
Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers.
Requirements
U.S. Citizenship required.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field.
Able to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret clearance.
Demonstrated experience in safely handling, operating, and testing of flight hardware.
Excellent communication, leadership, and technical documentation skills.
